Industry
The Department has a long history of successful collaboration with industry and always welcomes opportunities for co-operative work and research. We also have several programs to facilitate the interaction of our top students, faculty and industrial clients. These programs include our Mech 45X Capstone Design program and the collaborative research and development programs. To help suit industry needs the Department has year-round access to equipment and facilities for research, such as machine and instrumentation shops and prototyping machinery.
