Call for Applications: Google PhD Fellowship – Deadline: September 7, 2020

Google PhD Fellowship

The Google PhD Fellowship Program was created to recognize outstanding PhD graduate students doing exceptional work in computer science and related research areas. The fellowship provides full tuition and fees (enrollment fees, health insurance, books) plus a stipend to be used for living expenses, travel and personal equipment for two years, with possible extension for a third year. Recipients are also matched with a Google Research Mentor. 

Eligibility: Full-time UBC graduate students pursuing a PhD, who will have completed graduate coursework by the Fall of the award year (2021), when the Fellowship begins. Complete eligibility requirements, including eligible research areas, are indicated in the webpage linked below.

Application deadline: Monday, September 7 at 4:00 pm PST.  Note: Applicants apply directly to Graduate Awards; graduate programs do not submit nominations.
