UBC Mech Graduate Designs Rubik’s Cube Solving Robot

Recent UBC Mech graduate, Kristopher De Asis, is featured in Metro News for designing a Rubik’s Cube solving and scrambling robot. It was used at VanCubing, a speed-solving Rubik’s Cube competition, to scramble the cubes for competitors. This is the first time an automatic scrambler has been used in this type of competition.
