9:00 – 10:00 am: Poster setup KAIS lobby
10:30 – 11:30 am: Judging period 1
11:30 – 1:00 pm: Participant and judges networking lunch, KAIS 2020/2030
1:00 – 2:00 pm: Judging period 2
2:00 – 2:30 pm Networking, KAIS 2020/2030
2:30 pm Awards ceremony, KAIS 2020/2030
Next day – posters down by noon
Following Research Day, UBC Mechanical Engineering and NAV Canada present Women in Aerospace Networking Night at 4 pm. Separate registration is required.

Posters must be 24″ x 36″ and in vertical orientation. A template is available, but is not mandatory. Posters must be hung in the assigned section between 9-10 am that morning, and stay in place throughout the day.
