The McElhanney M-POWER Scholarship Program is intended to empower, support, and recognize young professionals of all backgrounds in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). Their mission is to identify talented individuals passionate about joining a workplace with a team of problem solvers, collaborators, creative thinkers, and community leaders.

The McElhanney Scholarship Program recognizes students and professionals in eight different categories:

• McElhanney Indigenous Peoples Scholarship 
• McElhanney Community Leadership Scholarship
• McElhanney Pride Scholarship
• McElhanney Technical Excellence & Innovation Scholarship
• McElhanney Sustainability & Climate Change Scholarship
• McElhanney Women in Geomatics & Geospatial Scholarship
• McElhanney Women in Engineering Scholarship
• McElhanney Equity Scholarship
